Biography:
David S. Halbert MD, is from San Antonio, has 3 children, 10 grand children, and 18 Great Grand Children. Resides in Abilene with wife Dee. Graduated ACU and University of Texas Medical school. Served as Captain and Flight Surgeon in the US Air Force. General Surgeon UTMB in Abilene 40+ years. Private pilot, authored book about breast problems and treatment. Started several companies including Banyan International, Sabian Corporation, West Texas Medical Center, The Medical Mall, Medical Mall surgery center. Served as Chief of Staff of Abilene Regional Medical Center. Founded and currently serves as President of Clavél Corporation and is one of original founders of NEXT.
